ADRIAN
GILL
specializes in building creative brands. Having spent over 10 years at Puma, he has extensive know-how on building strong brand connection with consumers, and integrating ambitious business goals with bold design objectives. He currently serves as board advisor to a number of internet/mobile startups on creating consumer and brand equity in the social and digital media space. He stays close to creative ventures wherever possible, most recently as Executive Producer for a short film that was an official selection at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival.
As the former Vice President of the Global Footwear Division at PUMA, Adrian was responsible for all footwear product creation. He ran all operations of the division, a $1.8B business, including strategic decisions on consumer trend, market, wholesale and retail distribution strategy. He also led the global design team and managed collaborations with fashion designers Alexander McQueen, Sergio Rossi, Yashuhiro Mihara and Hussein Chalayan.
Prior to PUMA, Adrian was a Senior Management Consultant at AT Kearney Inc. in the Consumer Goods Practice and with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the High Tech Practice. Adrian holds an MBA from Harvard University.
RYAN
RINGHOLZ
is an international award-winning creative director and designer with a background in industrial, graphic, furniture, interior and jewelry design, as well as engineering. Over the past 15 years, his knack for product, branding and marketing has seen numerous global brands through their respective renaissance. Most notably, guiding the creation and evolution of sport lifestyle for Puma, sport fashion for Diesel, rugged fashion for Ugg Australia, and advanced concepts for New Balance, as well as directional product creation for Marc Jacobs, Jil Sander, Tretorn, Tommy Bahama, Speedo, and Under Armour. Ryan also serves as a creative advisor to several technology and consumer product start-ups. His work has been featured in Wallpaper, Vogue Italia, Flaunt, Cargo, Out, Playboy, and Tokion, as well as numerous domestic and international trade publications.
ZACHARY
TREITZ
directs and produces feature, short, and commercial films. He produced The Pleasure of Being Robbed (IFC Films), which screened at SxSW, Cannes / Director's Fortnight, Sarasota (Heineken Red Star Award), Los Angeles, and Entre Vues Belfort Festivals. He co-produced Daddy Longlegs (IFC Films), which Premiered at Cannes / Director's Fornight, screened at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, and won the John Cassavetes Independent Spirit Award. His short film We're Leaving premiered at Sundance 2011. Commercially, he has worked with The Standard Hotel, MTV, The History Channel, Kate Spade, and Liz Claiborne. He is also an aspiring carpenter.
